Thank you for shopping with Claraiona Wellness Arts. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Because many Claraiona products are handmade, processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume seasons (holidays, markets, or major launches). If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within:

  • Canada

  • United States 

If you are located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@claraiona.ca.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Canada

2–10 business days depending on your region.

United States

5–14 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.


Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Claraiona Wellness Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Claraiona Wellness Arts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, Claraiona Wellness Arts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@claraiona.ca within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or solution where appropriate.
