Thank you for supporting Claraiona Wellness Arts. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and our workshops require advance preparation, the following refund policy applies.

Product Sales (Incense, Ritual Goods, Handmade Items)

All Claraiona products are final sale.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and ritual-based goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products once purchased.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@claraiona.ca with photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Workshop Tickets

Workshop tickets are non-refundable.

However, we understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, the following options are available:

Option 1: Transfer Your Ticket

You may transfer your ticket to a friend at no additional cost. Please email us in advance with the full name and email address of the person attending in your place.

Option 2: Cancellation With Notice

If you provide at least 14 days notice prior to the workshop date, your ticket may be transferred to a future workshop date (subject to availability), or issued as store credit.

No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the workshop and do not provide notice, your ticket will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
