I have also undoubtedly been , the most ambitious little human that I have ever known.

I am constantly searching, learning, going and doing. And I love to share.

Healing the inner child begins through the hands. Through the sensory experiences we encounter in nature, community and play. Feeling safe in being curious and authentically you. That is how we return to self— to our beginnings. To the one who has been waiting all along. To be recognized and invited.

Today, childhood is increasingly shaped by speed, screens, performance, and constant stimulation.
Opportunities for slow, tactile, embodied experience are fewer — yet more essential than ever.

When children are given space for sensory play, creativity, and connection, they develop regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

This is not nostalgia.
It is need.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re slowing down and turning inward—exploring play, sensory experience, and memory through handmade incense.

Join me for a cozy, candle-lit incense-making workshop rooted in inner child love. A chance to create with your hands, follow your senses, and offer yourself care on the day of love.
